Nature photography

Nature photography refers to a wide range of photography taken outdoors and devoted to displaying natural elements such aslandscapes, wildlife, plants, and close-ups of natural scenes and textures.

This is a good example of nature photo graphs because it is focusing on the natural elements of this area, creating a landscape photo which focuses on the colourful trees an leaves.

Art photography

art photography is photography created in accordance with the vision of the artist as photographer. Art photography stands in contrast to representational photography, such as photojournalism.

This is a good example of art photography ass the phot has clearly been taken with the vision of the artist as the photographer from the angle that the photo has been taken on.

Landscape

Landscape photography is intended to show different spaces within the world, sometimes vast and unending, but other times microscopic. Photographs typically capture the presence of nature but can also focus on man-made features or disturbances of landscapes
Taken by Simon beedle:
This photo is a good example of a landscape because it is showing of a place in the world, which is capturing the nature around the area where this photo was taken of the cliffs.

Environmental portrait

An environmental portrait is a portrait executed in the subject's usual environment, such as in their home or workplace, and typically illuminates the subject's life and surroundings.
This photo is a good example of environmental portraiture because the photo is focused on the man playing the instrument and really tells the story of the man playing the violin.

Birds eye pov

bird's-eye view is an elevated view of an object from above, with a perspective as though the observer were a bird, often used in the making of blueprintsfloor plans andmaps.

This is a good example of birds eye view because of its elevated angle, where the photo has been taken from above.

Pattern photography

Pattern photography utilizes elements that are repeated. The repetition of lines, shapes, tones or color can create interesting images.

This is a good example of pattern photography because of the repetition of the same sign, which creates the pattern.
